What we collect
Account details (name, email, company), billing details processed by Stripe, product usage, and the prompts and brands you configure.
Why
To run the service, bill you, support you, and improve the product. We send transactional email and, if you opt in, product updates.
Processors
Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity (AI answers are collected from their APIs using your prompts, never your account data).
Retention
Account data for the life of the account plus 90 days. Collected answers for the retention period of your plan.
Your rights
Access, correction, export and deletion on request to privacy@sagentel.com. EU/UK residents have the rights set out in the GDPR.
