Terms of Service

1. The service
Sagentel provides software that records how AI assistants answer questions about brands and reports on those answers. You may use it for your own brands or, on agency plans, for brands you are authorised to represent.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Seats may be used by named individuals only.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Slot allowances reset each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
4. Data
Answers we collect are stored so that you can review them. We do not sell your prompt sets or results. Shared runs pool identical prompts across customers; no customer can see another customer's brand list or account.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate the terms of any AI provider, to scrape the service, or to resell access outside a partner agreement.
6. Liability
The service reports what AI systems said at the time of collection. We do not guarantee any change in how those systems answer. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with notice by email or in the product. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
